weirdness

hello. long time, i know. I was camping for the past week or so. We came home last night, and i am quicxkly running out of my internet time for tonight. I had a fairly good day. I got a newsletter fr the ssohp. secret society of happy people. I love getting those letters. Ther cheer me up. Anyway. As I was saying, or about to say, i started a song today. It is half finished. It is about a girl who ran away. It's called Baby Girl, and i think it's coming along v well. I used the chords G, A and D in it, as well as Em and D7. It's a little sad, but hey- it's not a v cheerful subject, is it? But I love the thrill of working on it, and trhen practicing like heck to assure myself it is my own.
Other things that happened- I've been online here and Andre came on. I have only ever talked to him on msn once b4, bc he is hardly ever on. Well, he had to go almost as soon as he came on, but still.
We are going to see my aunts and uncles on mon!!! yay. we are going to pei tomorrow afternoon. we're going to stay at my other uncle's place one night, then go to the campground. yeehah. I can't wait to see my fam.
I got a new bathing suit today- mom sez it's the last one she'll buy for me, any others I'll have to pay for. Cause I'll be 18 soon. Not really- in feb. That's a ways away. And right now, I don't have a job. But I have a bathing suit. 2 now, in fact, cause scarily enough, my old one fr 2 years ago fits me. And it doesn't look all wrong like it's supposed to. see? scarry. the new one has a skirt to go over the bottoms, and a crop top type thing for the top. I dunno how to describe it. it's yellow. And it looks nice.
Anyways. We have had one huge lot of laundry. I mean, 6 ppl camping for one week. Thats a lotta clothes.
We didn't go out in service today( a rarity, believe me!) in fact, i woke up about the time we should have left. But we had a lot of laundry to do, and unpacking.
So I think thats all, oh, Amy- I already did an issue on food.it was my 7th issue, if i remember correctly. I'm doing the next one on travel, as soon as i can send an email out. ok? And I am going to use your poem, if it's ok w you.
So I am saying goodnight now, and please, ppl, email me, im me!! there was no one on except for andre all evening! and he didn't really talk to me.

camping

we are going camping tomorrow. I will not be able to update my blog for about 2 weeks. I will not be on msn. I think I may die.
Ok, dramatics aside, I came on her today to let y'all know that my zine got published yesterday!!! I had a lot of trouble, and i even lost the good copy of the cover(i accidentaly left it in the photocopier at staples, and then they closed. ) I had to redo one whole page(it copied too dark). But it is done now. Thing is, I only had enought $ to do 15 copies. 3 of those are for subscriptions. so I have 12, but then I have 5 of those spoken for immediately. As soon as I can get a call through to amy and lydia. I do have one for each of you, ya know.
I watched the Phantom of the Opera yesterday morning. It's a very long movie. But it's really good. I liked it. I'm just sad that it's Bev's and not mine. :(. I may buy it for myself.
We went to go see Batman Begins at the theatre a few days ago. That was excellent!!
Hey! today is the 15th. exactly one month and I'll be going to bathurst!. Yay!
lol. I have a lot of typing to do before then. I said I wanted my zine's website to be fully functioning b4 i leave.
And I'll have 2 weeks to try and get flyers once we come back fr camping, b4 I leave for bathust. I hope I can get them, cause the $ would be nice.
Anyways, I should go finish packing my cds for the trip. That's a long way's in the van w 6 ppl.

long time

ok. lydia pointed out to me that i haven't updated in awhile. So here I am!!! I have not disappeared (yet). I am actually at the library in Halifax, cuz my aunt doesn't have the internet. I had a pretty good day yesterday. I was outin service in the pm, and then we made this fabulous vegetarian lasagna, and geek style sald. It was awesome. Young Sun has been around, and I have really enjoyed having her. Bev has early morning cleaning jobs, so at least I'm not alone when I get up!
Last evening, I invited my good friend Lisa over, and we talked, and played cards. It was really fun. I have known her from way back, her son Kristien is my age, and then she has another son, Aaron, a lil younger, and a lil girl, Grace, who's around my bro's age or slightly younger. But she left all the kids at home. It was really nice.
Then, I stayed up until 1/4 past 2 in the am- v rare for me- I was reading a v captivating book. I read for 3 hours straight. I was like, whoa!!! That's some great book. I'm still not done. It's called Shattered Silk. V interesting.
Anyways, I am up in hfx il thurs. Oh! I almost forgot! I got to drive up to windsor. thats a 45 min trip, me and mom. I had fun doing that. Highway driving. Only the second time i was out on the highway. the farthest I've ever drove. I was like, who hoo!!!!
anyways, yes. ahem. So, do't think there's anything else to write.
Darcy is teaching me the 12 bar blues right now. But I haven't tlked to him in a couple days.
